How PRAB’s Oil Recycling System Works

The ORS continuously circulates oil through multiple stages of separation and fine filtration. Contaminants—including ferrous metal fines, non-ferrous particulates, and free/emulsified moisture—are removed and discharged to a central waste collection point. Clean oil is routed back to the system’s tank for repeated passes until optimal clarity and dryness are achieved.

Core Operating Sequence

  1. Dirty oil enters the system from the plant’s central tank.

  2. Suspended solids and moisture are removed using magnetic, centrifugal, and/or polishing filtration technologies.

  3. Separated contaminants are discharged to a central collection point for easy handling.

  4. Clean oil overflows to the clean tank, then returns automatically to the dirty tank for repeated multi-pass polishing.
