The ORS continuously circulates oil through multiple stages of separation and fine filtration. Contaminants—including ferrous metal fines, non-ferrous particulates, and free/emulsified moisture—are removed and discharged to a central waste collection point. Clean oil is routed back to the system’s tank for repeated passes until optimal clarity and dryness are achieved.
This multi-pass approach ensures stable lubrication, improved equipment reliability, and longer oil life—often supporting thousands of hours of uninterrupted operation.
