Field Service Technician

Job Description Overview

Field Service Technicians are responsible for the service of KMC Global customers and product lines. They perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, modifications, equipment start-ups, provide training and re-training in the use of KMC Global equipment. This position reports to the Technical Development Coordinator and Customer Service Manager as necessary.

Responsibilities

The following activities are required in this position:

  • Provide training and re-training in the use of PRAB & Hapman equipment at customer locations
  • Provide phone service and troubleshooting support from home office
  • Provide sales leads to Sales Department
  • Determine parts required for in field repairs
  • Co-ordination of service trips including travel plans
  • Accurately communicate and discuss problems with customers

Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining and updating both front-end content and back-end CMS systems for the KMC Global company websites and working with the Director of Marketing to implement technology for the inbound marketing lead generation and nurturing programs. This position requires a strong understanding of current technology with an ongoing interest for new and cutting-edge applications, coupled with the ability to see a positive business fit for implementing technology into marketing and public relations programs.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain website WordPress CMS and maximize uptime
  • Optimize all new and existing content for organic and paid SEO performance
  • Create, manage, and report performance of landing pages for marketing purposes
  • Research competitors (weekly/monthly) and keep abreast of current industry trends
  • Manage, analyze, and optimize all PPC campaigns as necessary for improved performance
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly metrics reports including website traffic, landing page performance and SEM KPI’s
  • Perform weekly verifications of webform submissions versus internal notifications
  • Collaborate with internal/external IT support for backend development and maintain security of websites and other marketing databases
  • Ensure data collection from website is compliant with KMC Global privacy policy and global communication policies and regulations
  • Identify, analyze, and recommend technology and business processes as viable, cost-effective means to achieve goals
  • Complete other needed requirements as assigned by the Director of Marketing
