Customer Service Quoting Specialist

Job Description Overview

Customer Service Quoting Specialists are responsibilities include effectively communicating with customers, completing quote requests, sending quote acknowledgements, explaining the quotes as well as the parts and what they do. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Production Control Engineer

Job Description Overview

The Production Control Engineer position is responsible for entering equipment and parts orders into Visual and revising as needed, assisting in smoothing order flow throughout the department, and material and product cost monitoring and cost reduction.

Qualifications

Field Service Technicians are responsible for the service of PRAB, Inc. products at Customer locations. They perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, modifications and equipment start-ups provide training and re-training in the use of PRAB, Inc. equipment. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.

General Responsibilities

  • Service PRAB & Hapman products at Customer locations
  • Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, modifications and equipment start-ups as required by customers

The Data Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of company report creation, execution and administration. The Data Analyst will also perform SQL database management, administration and maintenance tasks as necessary for the successful operation of company databases.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
