Job Description Overview

The position of Technical Sales Representative focuses on closing orders in targeted product groups. The sales territory is comprised primarily of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Fabricator

Job Description Overview

The Fabricator position is responsible for the quality of work, productivity, attendance/punctuality, safety, flexibility, working without supervision, and general housekeeping.

Qualifications

  • Will have a skill-set that allows the quick, accurate jigging and checking of products manufactured by the company
  • The ability to perform high quality welds in all positions (vertical up, down, flat and overhead) typically required in fabricating machinery
  • The ability to perform high quality welds on stainless steel and other alloys such as cast iron, nickel and manganese steels is required
  • Will have the skill-set to perform the following welds: TIG, MIG and ARC (primary weld is product line specific)
  • Will have the skill-set to perform surface finish specifications up to food grade on stainless steel surfaces (including food grade welding and polishing)
  • The employee will supply all basic tools required to perform the responsibilities listed

Project Manager

Job Description Overview

The Project Manager is the role within the engineering group which is responsible for directing the activities of the design team and in close cooperation with the company’s entire supporting cast (processing, purchasing, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, accounting, service, etc.) to assure projects are executed in accordance with the defined scope, budget and schedule requirements. From the time an order is received through final start-up and commissioning, the project manager will be the primary customer contact, not only providing immediate response to questions asked but offering unsolicited status updates too, so as to provide exemplary service and a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Dedication to excellence and high quality output.
  • Minimum of a 2 year engineering degree and 3 years machine design experience.
  • Experience in the bulk material handling and processing industry a plus.
  • PMP certification a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and preferably Inventor. Excel, Word, Outlook, Project Management, ERP, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work with designers and provide detailed direction as required.

The Saw, Belt and Sub-Assembly position is responsible for producing subassemblies and assemble the belts and chains quickly and accurately, quality evaluations on all products built, resolving questions on drawings and belt sheets with the appropriate departments, plan various operations required to build belts and chains accurately and economically.
