Dualpak™ Briquetters

PRAB's Dualpak briquetter by Neff Press increases the value of your aluminum, steel, cast iron, copper, brass, titanium, magnesium and other metal chips, turnings and swarf by compressing it into solid briquettes.

Vertical Axis Crushers

This heavy-duty machine reduces tons of bushy wads of turnings into flowable chips on a continuous basis. Wet chips and turnings are introduced into the crusher by using a plant wide conveyor system or an automated dump feed system with standard barrels or chip carts.

Horizontal Axis Crushers

The horizontal axis crusher processes low volumes up to 300 lbs/hr (177 kg/hr), reduces up to 12 times the volume of scrap and increases CNC production. Now you can process low volumes of stringy and bulky turnings at your machining center.

Live Link Filter Conveyor

live_link_thumb PRAB's Live Link™ Filter Conveyor reduces particulate build up and recycles coolant at the machining center. Four Live Link hinges are strategically placed on the conveyor belt and unhinge at the discharging point. Scraper flights follow the hinges and scrape particulate off the bottom of the conveyor.

Wringers

PRAB's heavy-duty wringers use 700 Gs of force to reclaim up to 98 percent of valuable coolant and cutting oils from aluminum, brass, cast iron, steel, stainless steel and other metal chips.

Horizontal Screw Presses

Disposing hazardous grinding swarf or filter cake can be difficult and expensive. PRAB's horizontal screw press processes material that is 40 to 50 percent wet with coolant or cutting oils to remove up to 85 percent of fluid.

Carts, Silos and Automatic Dumpers

Move your dry or wet metal chips and turnings where you want. Automatic dumpers are designed to accept chip carts or drums, elevate and invert them over a receiving hopper to feed chip a processing system. Store your processed chips in metal silos. Designed for secure, controlled loading of truck trailers and railroad cars.

Tramp Metal Separators

Metal Turning Shredders

Steel Belt Conveyors

More versatile than other types of conveyors, the steel belt conveyor can be used to handle any type of metal scrap from bushy material to chips and turnings, wet or dry, in any volume and in a wide variety of conveyor paths.

Magnetic Conveyors

Positively transfer wet or dry ferrous chips, stamping slugs, turnings or parts without carryover. Permanent ceramic magnets are located under the stainless steel slider bed which moves the material.

Harpoon Conveyors

This workhorse transfers all types of metal chips, fines and turnings, wet or dry bushy wads and tramp metal solids with time and energy saving efficiency. Its liquid-tight trough construction is ideal for high-volume coolant flow applications.

Pneumatic Conveyors

The pneumatic conveyor systems offer operation and installation flexibility. Systems are designed to pick up directly from CNC machining centers and transfer wet or dry material to a central chip processing systems or load out containers.
