Diagonal-Shaft Wringers
Heavy-duty diagonal-shaft Chip Wringers (Centrifuges) are rapidly becoming the industry standard. Due to this unique, diagonal design, PRAB chip wringers provide the driest metal chips available (with up to 99% fluid recovery). High output / fully automatic operations saves labor costs.
Wringer Features, Benefits & Options:
• Conventional gravity discharge (CD) models are available in 16, 24, & 40 inch diameters.
• Air Discharge (AD) models in 24, & 40 inch diameters are capable of pneumatically propelling chips up to 100 feet depending upon the material.
• Chip fans or pneumatic conveyors can be added to insure a dependable and functional installation.
• Cyclone receivers, load out distribution systems and silos area available to handle and store expelled dry chips.
• If wringer protection is necessary a model "R" separator can be specified to ensure bar ends are removed from the material flow.
• Wringer wear items such as the bar screen or bowl are designed to be easily "on-site" replaceable.
• Other serviceable components are easily accessible and utilize low maintenance standard bearings, belts, and motors. |
