Metal Chip Storage Silo
PRAB can supply metal silos to accumulate processed chips in sizes from 500 to 3500 cubic feet. Vertical and Horizontal models are available. Each unit is equipped with positive vibratory discharge bin bottoms ( on vertical models ). Silos provide secured and controlled loading of truck trailers or railroad cars. Optional load cells for weight verifications are also available. In addition, both pneumatic and mechanical conveying / distribution systems into standard scrap trailer are available.

Automatic Semi Trailer or Lug Away Loading
PRAB has a variety of methods to assure consistent and automatic filling of trailers or load away boxes. Chips are mechanically or pneumatically conveyed, across your facility to your load out area and distributed so as to completely fill your desired transfer container.

• If no covered area is available, Semi trailers with rear door adaptions can be placed next to your building.
