Quick Return (QR) Conveyors
QR conveyors are well suited in stamping scrap, casting scrap or parts handling. The QR can serve as a single dedicated unit, or for plant wide applications over lengthy horizontal distances. It has few wear parts and is economical to operate and maintain.
Conveying motion is attained through a rotating crank system, which changes its speed over its 360 degrees of movement from slow to fast. The affect is such that the material is gently surged forward on the conveyor's surface, without imparting any backwards movement.
