CONVEYOR CLEANOUT

live_linkPRAB's Live Link™ Filter Conveyor reduces particulate build up and recycles coolant at the machining center. Four Live Link hinges are strategically placed on the conveyor belt and unhinge at the discharging point. Scraper flights follow the hinges and scrape particulate off the bottom of the conveyor. Once the hinges reach the surface, they revert back into a conveyor belt and the particulate is dragged onto the belt where it is transported to downstream equipment for further processing.

The self cleaning drum filter removes fines and clarifies coolant down to 50 micron. Clean coolant is returned to the cell's coolant tank for future reuse.
