Chip Storage / Loadout
Prab can supply metal silos to accumulate processed chips in sizes from 500 to 3500 cubic feet. Vertical and Horizontal models are available. Each unit is equipped with positive discharge bin bottoms ( on vertical models ). Silos provide secured and controlled loading of truck trailers or railroad cars. Optional load cells for weight verifications are also available. In addition, both pneumatic and mechanical conveying / distribution systems into standard scrap trailer are available.
