Pneumatic Conveyors
For high capacity applications to convey dry metal chips up to 500 feet. Pneumatically conveys aluminum, steel, brass, or alloy chips to storage or loadout.
Pneumatic Conveyor features
• Positive pressure or vacuum systems utilize standard 6" schedule #40 black iron pipe.
• Ni-Hard cast alloy bend segments are standard for severe duty & long life.
Chip Blower (Fan)
For moderate duty applications of up to 200 feet. A chip blower provides a low cost solution for propelling dry metal chips from process area to storage. Pneumatically conveys chips overhead, saving valuable floor space.
Blower / Fan Features:
• Uses standard 6 in. schedule #40 black iron pipe.
• Standard systems utilize Ni-Hard Cast allow bend segments and inspection joints.
• All wear items are abrasion resistant manganese.
