Chip Processing Systems Are Focus Of New Prab Brochure

May 2000 Kalamazoo, MI.  A new full color, 12-page, comprehensive brochure* on Metal Chip Processing Systems is now available from Prab. The brochure profiles eight different systems which process chips and turnings for a number of CNC and screw machine shops located across the U.S. and Canada.  Full case study narratives are given on brass, stainless steel, steel, aluminum and cast iron chip systems.  Each is profiled by material and includes a basic description of the application, the designed capacity, the Prab system components engineered into the system and the proven benefits realized by the specific customer.  Prab’s automatic chip processing system reduces labor costs associated with manual handling of chips and turnings.  The systems also reclaim expensive cutting fluids while increasing the value of scrap, improve housekeeping and help users meet EPA requirements.
